Cancellation of Face to Face Interviews due to Covid-19

We hope you are keeping safe and well in these unprecedented times.

As you will be aware from our recent newsletter, we have been closely monitoring the Government guidance with respect to COVID-19 and assessing the impact that it would have on our forthcoming face to face appointments. It was our intention to try and keep alive the possibility of meeting personally but unfortunately we no longer believe this is possible. As intimated previously, all face to face appointments will be converted to telephone and we will ring you at the pre-arranged time but if you would prefer a video conference instead please send your Skype address to admin@clergytaxuk.com.

Clearly we have a care of duty to staff and clients but a number of hotels have also independently cancelled our booking and there remains uncertainty as to whether we could even find alternative accommodation. It is unclear how long the lockdown will remain in place and even if it were lifted, how many clients would want or be able to attend due to following Government isolation measures.

We can assure you that we will endeavour to make the telephone interview run as smoothly as possible and your tax adviser looks forward to speaking with you.
